Founded in 2005, Pan-African Capital Holdings is an investment company with a dual focus:
- pursuing sound business opportunities while making a meaningful socio-economic impact through the appropriate application of financial instruments; and
- effective investments.
Broadly, the company's business focus is anchored in providing economic research and financial advisory services on the one hand, and capital investment in niche markets with a special focus on socio-economic development such as logistics, agriculture, business processing and housing on the other. Pan-African Capital Holdings has recently - among other initiatives - driven the establishment of the first African environmental private equity fund with a sole focus on environmentally friendly technology in growing industries; as well as the establishment of an income-linked home financing instrument in response to the unique needs of South African housing markets. For the founding members of Pan-African Capital Holdings, moral and ethical business practice cannot be separated from financial returns. Investment in human capital and partnerships with like-minded individuals, companies and financial institutions brings to life the team's motto of 'pursuing excellence in all we do'.
